We
will use USA Roller Hockey Rules with a few exceptions.
Notable Rules in USA Hockey:

No intentional body-checking is allowed. This includes
use of the hip, shoulder or forearms.

Checking is described as intentionally
using Hip, Shoulder, or Forearm to throw the opposing player
off the puck.

This includes use of the Hands or Stick
(cross-checking)

Body-Checking &
Crosschecking will be called as a minor, double or major penalty at
the discretion of the Referee.

Review Rule 601: Abusive Conduct

Any player who challenges or disputes the ruling of a
Referee, or attempts to incite an opponent or create a
disturbance during a game will be assessed a minor penalty
for unsportsmanlike conduct.

After being penalized, any player who does not proceed
directly to the penalty box or dressing room will be
assessed a misconduct penalty.

Review Rule 628: Puck must be kept in motion

Rule 633: Slashing
-
Referees should penalize as "Slashing" any player who swings
the stick at an opponent (whether in or out of range) with
or without actually making contact, or when a player on the
pretext of playing the puck makes a wild swing at the puck
with the intent to intimidate the opponent.

A minor penalty will be assessed to any player who makes
stick contact with the opposing goaltender, in the goal
crease, who has covered or caught the puck, whether or not
the Referee has stopped play.
Notable 100RHL Rules:
-
No Tolerance
Policy - Fighting & Intent to Injure.
Any player instigating a fight or attempting to injure another
player will be suspended indefinitely. We are enforcing a
no tolerance policy to protect our league and our players.

Any player who receives a game misconduct for instigation in
the last 2 minutes of a game will be suspended indefinitely.

Any player who
verbally abuses an official or receives an unsportsmanlike
conduct penalty after a game has been ended will be
suspended indefinitely.
Rule Exceptions:
We will run 3 Divisions, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Gold Division is an open division with no restrictions.

Silver Division will be allowed
2 Gold rated players per team.

Bronze Division will
not be allowed any Gold or Silver rated players.

Goaltender's Footwear....
-
Goaltenders in the Gold Division will be required to wear
skates.

Goaltenders in the Silver Division will be strongly
encouraged to wear skates.

Goaltenders in the Bronze Division may play on feet.
-
Goaltenders who do not wear skates will not be allowed to
leave the goalkeeper privilege area.

Back-up Goaltenders in Gold may play on feet.
